Coronavirus Update

Coronavirus Update

The Coronavirus pandemic now starts to affect our shipping abilities. Up until two weeks ago we could rely on the safe reasonably priced postal services of Deutsche Post to ship our products world wide. Deutsche Post now has stopped accepting shipments to certain countries around the world and shipments started to be returned to us this week (only from the US at this point). Currently this mostly affects North, Central and South America, Africa and Asia. Within Europe we can still ship mostly unimpaired. In some cases there are country specific alternatives available that we will consider on a case by case basis, contacting each affected customer.

See here for the official overview of affected shipping destinations.

What does that mean for my order?

Production will move forward as usual on a first come first serve basis. Every order that is ready for shipping and can be shipped without any impediments will be shipped as usual.

If your are located in a country we currently can not ship to and your order is two weeks away from its manufacturing slot, you will be contacted via email.

If you want to place an order

See here for the official overview of affected shipping destinations.

The above as at April 18th. This page will be updated as necessary.

Update June 22nd

As of now ordering from the USA is no longer possible until the shipping restrictions by Deutsche Post have been lifted. There still is no cost-efficient alternative available to their service.

If you have relatives or friends located in Canada or Mexico able to forward your order to you, contact us and we can arrange the shipment.

Update September 18th

Since September 15th shipments to the US via Deutsche Post are availabe again. Goods are shipped via ocean freight, expect transit times of at least 30 days to destinations in the eastern States. All US orders that have been delayed due to the restrictions will be shipped as soon as possible.
